2. Non-Refundable Items

Custom Development Fees: Any bespoke system configuration, integrations, or agent development work is non-refundable once initiated.

Initial Consultation & Fit Assessments: These fees cover strategic planning and staffing resources and are not eligible for refund.

Third-Party Costs: Licenses, subscriptions, or software procured on behalf of clients are non-refundable.

3. Partial Refunds

Project Cancellations within 15 days of contract signature, provided no development work has started.

Delayed Deliverables beyond agreed timelines due to internal delays, with documented evidence.
