1. Service Eligibility

Gov.Tech Innovators provides customized AI solutions and consulting services. Due to the tailored nature of our work, refund eligibility depends on the specific terms outlined in the client’s agreement.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom Development Fees: Any bespoke system configuration, integrations, or agent development work is non-refundable once initiated.

  • Initial Consultation & Fit Assessments: These fees cover strategic planning and staffing resources and are not eligible for refund.

  • Third-Party Costs: Licenses, subscriptions, or software procured on behalf of clients are non-refundable.

3. Partial Refunds

  • Partial refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Project Cancellations within 15 days of contract signature, provided no development work has started.

  • Delayed Deliverables beyond agreed timelines due to internal delays, with documented evidence.

4. Refund Request Process

  • Clients may request a refund by submitting a written notice. All requests will be reviewed within 10 business days. Please include:

  • Contract reference or invoice number

  • Reason for request

  • Supporting documentation (if applicable)

5. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 30 business days via the original payment method or as agreed in writing.
